6000 mounting hardware

I know I am missing something simple here but to mount the pump swing arm on the hanger and tighten the screw down shouldn't there be a washer included on the top side. The screw head and the nut are the same size so if you tighten it down the swing arm and pump can still be pulled right off the top.

What I am missing?

Only the 6200 has a screw, their is no screw for a 6000. The teeth on the pieces and gravity should be sufficient. On the 6200 the post is threaded and an 8 mm screw is inluded.
