6000 problem

I've had a pair of 6000s running with a 7095 for about a year now. The other morning, the alarm went off on one of them for about 5 seconds and then went off. I planned on cleaning it went I got home from work as it was about time for a cleaning (I cllean about once a month due to high CA). When I got home, the pump was not spinning. I left it in vinegar overnight and cleaned it today. When I put it back in the tank, it would not come on. I verified the prop spins freely and everything is clean. When I unplug the functioning pump, the 7095 goes dark so there is no power getting to the 7095 from the non working pump. I switched the outlets and that is not the problem. Check all cables and all connections seem fine. Transformer is cold on the non working pump. There was significant CA in the non working pump before I cleaned it. Any ideas or more info needed?

Send it in. The pump locked up and the driver overloaded and burned out. I can fix it.

I unplugged the white connector and pump cord from the bad driver and switched them to the good driver. This reverses the situation, as expected, except that the pump on the good driver doesn't spin. It spins about one turn and locks up. There is a lot of resistance if I try to turn the prop so power is getting to it. The one on the bad driver has no resistance or power. Switched them back again and ended up as described above. Could it be the pump and the driver?

Send the pump and driver, I need both for date codes and testing.

Sent yesterday, should be there Friday. You can ignore my last post. I have too many wires going all over the place. While I thought I was switching the drivers for the pumps I was really only switching the transformer and link to the 7095 for each. Thanks, Matt
