6000 stopped working - help needed

Hi,


I have 2 6000's with the controller. Last night something happened inside the metal box for one of them. It started making a squealing noise, At first I thought it was the osmolator top off warning sound for too high of a water level.

Can it be opened and checked for anything?

Where can I get a replacement?

Ok, forget the request for help, After I keyed in the post it struck me that if the sound coming from the box sounded like the alarm on the osmolator that maybe it was in fact an alarm. LOL

It was, I removed the snail and all is well.

First time that happened in the few years I had them. They have been flawless!!!!
