6000 will not work

My 6000 pump will not work. I did not get an alarm at all. I tested the transformer on my 6100 and it worked fine. I took the 6100 transformer and it did not work on the 6000. It is almost like the box that is attached to the pump is bad. This is the same one that I sent in about 2 months back for the wire sticking out of the pump and it would not work. Could you please help me??? Thanks

Yes, just send it in and I will check it out and repair it as soon as it arrives.
