6025 cover won't stay on

Hello,

I have a nanostream 6025. The front cover won't stay on and keeps flying off. How can I fix this?

There are a few possibilities. It could be an older cover and when we changed cords from flat to round, the cord could get in the way of it closing, for this I could send a new cover. It could be the cover has a defect or is worn and the tabs are not engaging. It could also be the pump or cover has been compressed so it is no longer round, just squeezing both halves down from the cable opening to the bottom to re round it out, will solve this problem.

Squeezing did not work. If possible I'd appreciate it if you could send me another cover.
