6025 front cover dont stay on.

My tunze 6025 front cover don't clip in place where the cord come out of the motor. How can I fix this problem.

How old is that pump? The front cover is hand modded cover from around late 2007- early 2008. The first 6025's had a flat cord like a heater, we then changed to a round cord and the cord notch was hand routered deeper, you can see the rounding of the router notch. In mid 2008 we changed the mold to make the cord notch deeper, new covers don't have this issue, a simple quick fix is to just file the notch deeper.
