6025 nano Help needed

To whom this may concern..... I bought the Tunze Nano 6025 above with the new titanium alloy shaft little more than a year ago, 4/7/09 to be exact from Aquacave.com and still have the invoice if needed.... i read the book yesterday and notice it has 2yr warranty... anyway...
the shaft has broken off from the motor and produce a lot of rattling noise.. hear are some pics that i took over the weekend..

please point me to the right direction of how to get the motor replaced....

It didn't break off, it pulled out, this can be caused by calcium build up cementing the drive unit to the shaft, it then pulls out when the drive unit is pulled out. Please send it in ASAP. I must get it by May 3rd to have it repaired before I leave for Germany on the 5th. Anything received after the 5th will not be repaired until I return on the 24th.

It shipped UPS ground last Friday, you should have it today, you might check where UPS typically leaves packages.
