6025 noise

I just bought a pair of 6025 off a fellow RC member. One of them makes quite a bit of rattling noise. Just wondering what causes it and/ or what i need to replace. Not sure how old they are, guy didn't say.

Also on i had to turn the propeller by my finger after plugging it in, in order for it to start spinning.

I would start by checking the metal shaft that the prop/magnet assembly spins on. This must be firmly attached to the base of the pump, it should not pull out.

Both do not have one. The metal shaft that is.

The only way to repair this is to replace the pumps. If you send them in I will exchange them for $25 each for new pumps.

Ok will do on the one for sure the other one is silent so until it starts making noise i will hold on to it.

Ok so i have to give you MAJOR brownie points. Your companies customer service is Hands Down one of the best. Awesome.

I sent in one of the pumps out(the motor and C-clamp) on the 8th. It has only been 8 days and what do i see on my front door.... and brand new one.
