6025 ?

I have been running a 6025 to help get some surface agitation ( I have 2 6000's and 1 6100 in my 90 as well). I turned it off to do some tank maintenance and it needs "prodding" to start back up. After it starts back up, it will run for about 10 minutes and stop, motor and all. Any thoughts on what is happening with the unit?

Likely either the shaft has come loose or the drive unit has some calcium build up. Open the pump and check if the shaft stays fixed in the pump and check for lime deposits.

I cleaned the shaft ( no build up, debris) and replaced unit. No lime deposits, and the shaft stays fixed in the pump. What should I do in the event this keeps happening, the 6025 has only been in use for 1 month.....

Yes I can send the pump to you, what is the address? Today as I was walking by the tank periodically, the pump was turning on and off periodically.
