6045 without flow control

Bought a used 6045 on EBay. Found out it doesn't have flow control nozzle. Did you guys have a model like that or seller swapped it?

The flow control housing was added in 2009, unfortunately it cannot be retrofitted to the old pump as the housing fit was different. It just means the pump is an older one late 2006- mid 2009.

Thanks for the answer. Ok. Guess I need to deal with it. Is the motor side same size as new version?

Yes and no, electrically it is the same, but the motor changed in how the front housing connects/locks in, so the plastic is different.

Do you guys still selling mounting kit for this old style? Bought this one with pump part only.

The current mounting set will work, the set those came with was a 6025.500 magnet holder and a 6025.510 clamp, that has since changed to the 6025.650 silence clamp and a 6025.515 magnet holder, you could use either. They are available on tunze.com. The old magnet was stronger, the new clamp is quieter.

I bought a silence clamp from reefgeek. Their part number tz0115, not sure how to reference tunze's part number. I probably bought the wrong one since it won't fit.

There are two silence clamps, that number doesn't mean anything to me, but my guess would be you got 6065.650, this fits the full size Streams, 6025.650 fits the nano models.
