6055.240 Power Supply Not Functioning

around 6 months old but when I plug it in the light does not come on. do they have a fuse or is it bad?

It doesn't have jumpers. it has a slide bar

It has a fuse inside but the fuse is soldered and not replaceable. If you send in the power supply with the receipt, so long as no water entered it and it is less than 2 years old, it would be replaced under warranty-
