6055 adjustable flow

I was reading that the nano stream 6055 has an adjustable flow from 250 GPH to 1500 GPH. How do you control the flow? How do you know how much GPH is coming out of it?

You need a single or multicontroller to control the flow, it is set by adjusting knobs that range from 30-100% of power. The multicontroller has a bar graph showing the power setting.
