6055 and clicking noise

I can hear a clicking noise at full speed, what should I check for? I cannot find any debris.

same here, my 6055 makeing noise right from the box.
any my Tunze Recirculation Pump 1073.040 making noise as well.
the tank is the the living room, and I can even hear them humming
through the floor right under in the basement.

It can be some noise on start up on initial run in if it persists it could be the magnet is damaged or misalligned.
Roger is away until next week he may have you send the pumps in thanks for you patience until then.

These are older, so I don't believe it is break in related.

What should I look for on the magnets?

Check that the shaft is not loose in the pump (metal shaft) it should be permanently fixed in the motor. Does it click when turning off and on or when running at constant 100%?

It clicks at 100%. The white impeller rotates on the shaft 10. degrees or so.
I just bought 2 6055.700s. Do I still need the .740, too?

I ordered online and put in my zip, but not my state, how do I correct it?
