6055 on a 7095: clicking

I just got a pair of 6055 with the 7095 from HammsReefBeer. One is running fine though it looks like something was chomping on the pump. I understand Hamms took these to you annually to have them serviced. Any idea on what is causing the clicking and how it can be fixed?

hey.move the magnet just a little bit to the side.Roger told me it happens when the glass is to thin.My daughter has my cell or i would call you.
