Came home the other night to find my less than month old Stream to be non-operational. Took it apart and cleaned it with vinegar and a toothbrush and got all the calcium deposits out of it that I can find. Now however, it still won't work when I plug it in and the driveshaft is very verfy hard to turn. The only thing I can see that might be physically wrong with it is that the interior of the pump where the magnet sits, which I think is plastic, has a large ridge running down it. I have a picture:
I don't know if that is normal or not. Please let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Court
