6060 Stream lockup

I had a power outtage and when the power came back on there was a heck of a rattling noise coming from the tank. After making my way through every other pump in the tank (I guess is says something about your reputation that yours was the last pump I checked) I found the 6060 locked up. I just unplugged it and plugged back in and it took off and ran fine. Is that a symptom of a problem or just one of those things that can happen? It's been running fine for a week or so since.

In some conditions like a power outage with a brown out before or after the actual outage the brakes will engage and lock. It has to be a dip below about 90V on a 6060 and then a failure or vice versa that would cause this.
