6065 application

I just set up a 60 gallon reef aquarium. It will have about 100lbs of rock in it and lots of corals, inverts, and some fish. I am trying to figure out the powerhead arrangement. The return pump goes into the tank through spraybars that are at the back of the tank behind the rocks, so it does not provide water movement to speak of. I was looking at the new 6065's and think they would work well but my question is, would two of them be too much for that tank, ie. blow too much sand around? (there is also a 3-4" fine sand bed in the tank) And also, do you offer a controller for them to control the timing and/or flow rate? Right now I have 2 - 6200's run by a 7095 controller in my 215 gallon tank, and an osmolator, and they have run flawlessly for over two years now. I was hoping to duplicate that setup on a smaller scale. I appreciate your time and consideration on this and look forward to your recommendations.

For your 60g i would suggest 2 tunze nano 6055 and run it on the 7095 controller. Since you have 3-4" of fine sand, larger pump is not a good choice.

The 6065 cannot be controlled, I agree with Steve but I think the 6105's are also an option as you can turn them down to a flow rate less than a 6065 and you can angle them up.
