Are the 6065 able to run on a on/off cycle timer? I understand they're not controllable, but are they able to continuously cycle on/off

Roger won't be back until next week, but he told me not to cycle the 6065's on anything like a wavemaker (I have 2 6065's). He said it would be OK to turn them off and on once, maybe twice a day for fish feeding, but more than that will lead to damage to the pumps.
