Roger,
I've had my pump for about 6 months now attached to a Multi-controller, with no problems until 10 minutes ago. The pump sounds like it's sucking in air, when it's not. It's not vibrating against my magnet/glass either. I tried opening up the pump to see if there was something stuck in it, but there's nothing there.
Please help.
