It just stay on one channel and the food timer does not turn it off.

Thank you, I have already sent it in. But now I'm looking at the 7096 in this forum to replace both my 6091 and 7095 controllers. Will this work for two 6200 with two waveboxes and are they out yet?

Yes you will be able to control two Waveboxes with the 7096 and they should be out on the market here fairly soon.
