Roger,
I have a pair of 6095, the Propeller housing keep flying off, do I have to glue these? both propeller housings seem to be a little bigger.

Thanks,
Loc

Please do not glue them, that would eliminate cleaning and service of the pumps in the future and that must be done to keep them running. How old are they? It can be the tabs on the front cover are worn, in that case a new front cover will solve it. It may also be the cover is simply out of round and can be warmed up in hot water and reshaped, I would find something round of about the same size like a PVC coupling to compare to. In some cases the motor is the issue, the engagement tabs are worn or broken or the motor frame is cracked, in that case I would uses silicon or zip ties or replace the motor, but you want to make sure it can be undone and opened for service.

They are a little over a year old, the housing look good no tab or crack what so ever, the weird thing when I put 6055 housings on them they fit like gloves. Could the housing got stretched out due to being old? Where can I order these housing?

Thanks,
Loc

It could be, the 6055 housing is stiffer and will be less likely to lose shape. I would try this. Take the housing and squeeze it down from top to bottom after soaking in hot water. My guess would be that it is out of round and usually this would be from the squeezing from the clamp, this would solve it if that is the cause. It has a two year warranty so don't order anything just yet.

This might work but I feel like it's gonna be pain in the ...every time when time comes to service the pumps. Please give me the link where to buy these nozzles, I coulnd'n find any where.

Thanks,
Loc
