60g Return options

Looking for some recommendations for a 60g Cube return. Return nozzles will either be two or split into 4 with two for surface agitation and 2 for additional water movement through rockwork. Distance from sump to top of the overflow box is roughly 5ft. Tank will be LPS dominate.

Preferably something quiet since it will be in the same room I sleep and submersible.

Syncra Silent 3.0 is what I use on my 65, similar head pressure to your's. Very quiet.

So about 700-800 GPH would be good?

Yeah that way you can always throttle it back if its too much. Or just split it with the loc line so it's not too strong.

Ended up with a Taam Rio+ 2500 Powerhead. Cheap and Ive used Rio before with success.
