6100.015 Turbelle not responding to 7094 Controler

I have a Turbelle 6100.015 attached to channel 1 of my 7094 controller and has been working fine till yesterday where it stopped responding to the controller. If I press the "Feed" button the Turbelle continue to work. When the photocell is activated at night, the Turbelle continue to work at same speed. The controller controls an older Turbelle on a different channel and it works OK. Where is the problem?

Try swapping the controller cable between the two pumps. If that doesn't change anything, try plugging into another port on the controller. This will help us figure out if the cable is the problem (after many years they can develop breaks in the wire) or if that particular socket on the controller is the problem. Let us know what you find, thanks.

I did swab the cables on the controller and the pump started responding again. I switched back to the original configuration and the system is working as before. Maybe when I disconnected the cables, I turned off the power to the controller and it re-set itself. Now it is working.

That is possible, sometimes, especially on the 7094, plugging in the pumps to the controller while "hot" would cause it to act strange. It is generally best to make all the connections and then plug in the pumps.
