6100 not working after cleaning

Roger,
I decided to clean the streams last night, so I did an overnight vinegar soak on the 6100s. This morning, however, only one of them was working after cleaning them up and turning them on. Also, when the non-working pump is plugged in, the alarm is not going off but there is a noticeable humm that was not there before during the cycles. Both streams are on a 7095. Help please Roger, thanks. Dave

Dave, you can try to swap the propeller it may get mixed up during the cleaning or pull the propeller out and reinsert it back in, there may be an air pocket stuck inside the motor block or check make sure everything properly seated esp the rear bushing and the oring.

Make sure the oring and inner or upper bearing was properly installed and is not lost. I see a lot of pumps come back where on of these parts is missing or the oring is on top of the bearing.

I just got back from vacation and I will try what you guys said. I'll let you know if it works or not.

Dave

Roger,
I followed the suggestions and made sure that the stream was assembled properly, however, it still does not work. Please advise on what I need to do, thanks.

Dave
