6100 problem... :(

Well woke up this morning to my 6100 alarm going off. Pump tries to start and sputters, but will not stay on or come fully.

Any idea on what I can do? I tried to clean it up but it didn't seem that dirty.

It could be that the pump is defective, if you would like send it to us.
