6100 problem

the alarm has sounded on my 6100 and refuses to quit even after an extensive cleaning of the pump (removed impeller and cleaned soaked in vinegar and cleaned again. I followed all the info and cleaning instructions that I got from a link here in your forum).
What should I do or try now?

Have you try to remove the upper bearing and turn it 90 degrees? It may help...

I did remove the upper bearing in order to soak everything in vinegar.
How would rotating the bearing help?

Just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing here . There is a round thing that look like a ring approx 3/4" long on your motor block. You have to use a flathead screw driver to remove it. Is that the one we are talking about? Make sure you remove the rear bushing to clean and make sure no Ca deposit..

Do you have the 6100 or 6101 stream?

it's the 6100 and yes we are on the same page. the bushing with the red o ring, correct?

Yes and there is another ring toward the front. You have to use the flathead screw driver to remove it.

Make sure everything is clean and installed properly but if you still get an alarm send it in-
