6100 & single controller question

Hello. I just purchased a 6100 & the single controller. I am very happy with it. My only question is, how long does the pump stay turned off when I press the feeding mode button? It did not turn back on & I had to unplug the power & plug it back in to get it to turn back on.

The longest should be 10 minutes. It varies though and sometimes is a short as 2 but the average is about 5 minutes.
