6100 stopped working after cleaning

I have two 6100 pumps on the multi controller.

A few nights ago I heard the alarm so I unplugged both pumps. A few days later I cleaned the pumps in vinegar.

One of the pumps after the cleaning, I put back together and it is competely dead. There is no alarm and there is no lights on the controller. What is wrong with this pump?

The other pump had the bottom piece cemented to it so I tried soaking it over night in vinegar and it still would not come uncemented. I tried drilling it out but the drill only put a whole thru the plastic part and the part still does not want to come out.

By the way both units are over a year old. Am I just having a string of bad luck with the pumps?

It sounds like they just had too much calcium build up. Did you drill all the way through the pump? Send them to me and I will see what can be done.
