6100 Tunze Stream Repair

I have a 6100 Tunze Stream that is about 4-5 years old and has been making a prominent alarm sound regardless of exchanging the impeller and decalcifying the entire unit. Is it worth it to send this in for repair as it appears that there may be a problem other than calcium build up? If so, who do I send the unit to for service?

OK - I'll send it in. I had to purchase a replacement already to keep the circulation up, so I've replaced the pump, but if the 6100 is repairable, I may also opt to fix it just to have a spare available.
