6100 won't run full power

I just cleaned my 6100, and when I plugged it back in it runs but doesn't pump as much water as it did before. I pulled everything apart again and didn't notice any problems but it still wasn't running right. The driver and transformer seemed to be hotter than normal as well. I'm not using any type of controller, and I made sure the speed adjustment was turned all the way up. Any ideas on what is the problem?
