Roger,

Is there any way I can test the power supply? I have two pumps, one uses the older variety hockey puck as the power supply and the newer one uses the 6101.240 power supply....so I can't just swap to verify that's the problem. Both pumps are connected to a multicontroller (7095). Anything I can try?

Thank you,
Ryan

If you have a voltmeter you can check that the output at the 2.5 by 5.5mm tip is 24V DC (assuming you have the stock 24V jumper installed). The inside of the tip is positive, the outer shell is negative.

I checked the connector at the end of the wire leaving the power supply and got the same reading unplugged and plugged in. I'm assuming I checked the correct thing and that the power supply is bad? Anything else that could cause this problem? Sorry, I am not so great with electricity and want to make sure I'm ordering the right thing. Thanks.
