I have a Tunze 6101 that isn't working. When I cleaned it I found a black substance around the base of the drive unit. After the cleaning it still doesn't move any water. Any suggestions?
The plastic is carbon reinforced so the black dust is a normal part of wear, it is unrelated most likely, to the issue. Send it in and be sure to include a return address and phone number
