6101 not working

Hey Roger,

I was working at my desk earlier today when i heard a loud zapping sound. My 6101's transformer, model 9935, was extremely HOT. Now my power head doesn't work at all. I bought this pump in February. What do i do?

You will need to contact Tunze Canada (Xenia) assuming you purchased it from a Canadian dealer. It will be covered under warranty as long as none of the electricals got wet.
