6101 problem

Hi Roger, i'm not sure if you received the email, so I will post here. I have sent my other 6101 for service in the past but not this one. The 6101 stops and starts and sometimes doesn't start, I've tried plugging in the transformer from the other 6101, I've tried different settings on the 7095 controller, I've tried plugging in different cables from the 7095, I've removed the impeller and cleaned. Could I ship it to you or do you have any suggestions? Thank You, your customer service has been great.

Lifeform, Roger currently in Germany but Rodney will let you know what you should do. More than likely you will have to send the pump in for repair...

Please go ahead and send it in to us for replacement. More than likely the motor block is defective and cannot be repaired and will need to be replaced. Our address is
