6101 restart problem and quit working

Roger,

Ive had problems with my 6101 pump restarting for some time now after feeding. Now it won't restart at all. Ive tried cleaning it many times and it doesn't seem to help.

Please send it in, it likely has a problem with the electronics and will have to be replaced.

Roger, I swear I have no luck lately with your product. I received your new pumps today. Thank you very much. The pumps both work fine. I went to plug the other one into the battery pack and the pack has died on me. I remember about a month ago you replaced my other 2. (I have 4 tunze pumps total) Then at the same time, my tunze nanostream 6025 is being very noisy. Ive tried cleaning it and the shaft and impeller are jumping all over the place and its very noisy. This is my oldest tunze nanostream. I have 2 other ones and have worked perfectly fine.l

The nano stream likely has a worn out disk and drive unit, this was common on the older ones as the plastic was too soft, trapped sand and grit and basically turned into a sanding wheel in time. It is not a battery pack, it is just a transformer, there are no batteries in it. Does it light up, has it possibly gotten wet? Can you PM me your shipping address?
