6105 became noisy

Roger,
I have used 3@ 6105's in my 220gallon tank for awhile now and one of the pumps started making noise. I figured it needed a good cleaning, which did not solve the problem. Then I replaced the drive unit, which did not solve the problem.
Do you have any suggestions? The noise is most notable with the higher flow rates....It seems like the whole pump is vibrating even when I hold it out of the mounting bracket.

My guess would be either the front cover is not clicked on all the way, it may be loose in a corner, or a silcion bushing at the end of the shaft is missing or damaged.
