6105 clicking

1 of my new 6105's is clicking after every 2nd start then stop the other is fine these are both brand new units.

I would check the disks, this would definitely be a drive unit issue but most likely one has the older disk which lacks a blue rubber cup underneath it. The old one was our part 6065.792 and the new one is 3005.740. The disks changed in September so it is not out of the question that and older one is out there. It could even be in assembly the blue rubber cup fell off or was lost.

Yes, but the main issue would be with the shaft and disk which you don't show in that photo.
