6105 noise

Hi
I have in my tank x2 6095's and I've just purchased a 6105. All the pumps are controlled from a GHL Proilux controller, there are on opposite cycles and ramp from 40%-100% (6095s) and the 6105 is on 30%-80% cycle over 1sec.
6095's are quiet and unnoticeable , the 6105 make a noise as it ramps up and down, it's very noticeable and irritating, the tank is in the main room so this doesn't help.

I've take the pump apart and reassembled it but this has made no difference, it was a new purchase and has been in the tank 4 days only.

Any ideas

Regards
Tony

6105 are louder than the 6095 and they will make a more distinct click on start up. This will reduce over time, it is worse the first couple weeks, make sure the feet are on the magnet and if the pump is in a corner that a side of the pump is not in contact with a side glass pane.

Thanks
Everything assembled ok so I hope it quietens over time.

It occasionally draws in air and expels a jet of micro bubble. I guess it's to high in the tank. But does this cause any damage.

It won't harm the pump but it will definitely result in more noise. Lowering them just a bit should solve it.
