6105 or 6205

I'm ordering my tunze monday ive a 60x30x30 size tank what module would be the best for this size tank out of the two. :fun4:

6055 would be a good pump its is DC power and you can used a battery for back up.The pump comes with speed control so it will fit and size tank.

You can use the battery backup for the 6105 or 6205 too. I think either of those would work depends on how much flow you want, if you go with the 6105, I'd recommend buying the 6205 shroud which will widen the flow especially with 30" wide tank. I think a 6105 on each side would work well. I have no experience with the 6205.

what are you putting in the tank?

I run 4-6205's on my 84x30x24 tank all SPS & love them, tried MP-40S
and had bad luck with the wet side falling off and breaking my corals.

It's just the cover part of the pump. The output is considerably wider on the 6205 than the 6105, but it fits perfectly on the 6105 without any modification. It's Tunze part # 6205.130
