Hey guys, I never owned a tunze but that time is coming
I have a peninsula tank and need to install power heads on the one side that is the overflow. I wanted to know if either model I can install the magnet part in the overflow section without any rust or issues.
Also Not sure if vibration will happen due to 1/4 acrylic or not an issue if I install two
Also wanted to add one on a sea sweep on one end with the a 6205 but not sure if this was to strong?

Tank is a 400gal 60"x36"x36"

6205 is obsolete, it was discontinued in 2011. For a tank this size the model of pump will largely depend on inhabitants. For fish only or a FOWLR, even with some polyps or soft corals, the 6105's would be fine, for a mixed reef with few SPS, the 6155's should be sufficient. For SPS I would go with 4 6105's or 2 6255's.

Both halves of the magnets are waterproof. The 6155 has magnets for up to 3/4", the 6255 has magnets for up to 1". On thinner material, these stronger magnets transmit much more vibration and of course the stronger the pump, the more vibration the pump will make. The quietest set up and the one with the most redundancy will be multiple 6105's.
