6105 power supply issues

I recently had both of the power supplies die on my two 6105's. I bought replacement power supplies from Tunze USA, I also ordered new drive units and 6205 covers (for wider flow). One power supply works fine with the 24v pin, either running on its own or when connected to my controller (7095) on either pump. The other power supply will not start either pump when using the 24v pin, but will when using the 18v pin and this power supply dies when connected to my controller. With the 24v pin this power supply causes the pump to click and the red light flashes.

I just gave each pump a vinegar bath a week ago.

I'm open to any suggestions...
