6201 and Single Controller

Having issues with my both of my TUNZE products,
First my tunze single controller stops controlling my 6201. The controller looks like its working but the motor was not changing speeds. Secondly I went to clean my 6201 and after I assemble it. WONT spin. Spins I took all the deposits off completly. Still nothing It will actually turn 1/4 rotation for about a split second. That is the only movement that I get.

What gives?

I would like to get these fixed paid too much money for it to break.

I would need to see the pump, the 6201 has not been made since mid 2008 and the motor is no longer available, in the event it cannot be repaired, there would be a discount to upgrade to the new 6205 which will basically cost the same as a new 6201 motor would have (about $215). I suggest sending in the pump, power supply and controller, include a return address and phone number.
