DTM, have you try to take the pump apart and clean it thoroughly? How old is the pump? What size is your transformer? I notice the first batch of Tunze 6201 using smaller transformer... If you can post picture of your transformer i could help...

I tried cleaning it and no luck. The transformer is about 6 1/2" long by about 2 1/2" wide. The model # is sys1250-a324 if that helps at all. thanks
