6201 Stray Voltage

Another of my 6201's is leaking voltage into the water.
Forgot the address I should send it too?

FYI - I swapped the power adapters and transformers to check and it is definetly in the motor housing.

If their is anything I can do to prevent this issue let me know. This is the second of the 4 6201's I have to have had this problem in 6 months. I love these pumps and your service is why I'm still a backer of Tunze.

Sorry about that Robert, send it in and we will replace it, unless you are using a strong acid to clean it this is the result of a defect and not anything you are doing.

Make that another pump, I now have over a $1000 in pumps that don't work. The second pump stopped moving the impellor this morning. I took the impellor out and it was free with no obstructions in the housing. I'm not sure what deal is with the 6201's Like I've said I've got 3 of them and now all 3 have failed at one point in the last 6 months.

I sent you a PM. You guys have good customer service so I appreciate your attention as I do have a tank full of SPS and I'm very nervous with my flow since I am down to only one 6201 and my return pump.
