6205 cable break

Hi Roger,

I have a 6205 that the outer cables cut right at the cover, is there a way to prevent this from happening as the other pump is showing ware marks in the same spot that it will split soon as well.

That is odd, is it being pushed against the cover by something? I have not seen that before but it appears to be from the front cover, if something was forcing the cord against the cover, I think that would be the cause.

Looks like the cover is pushing on the wire, I can bend it away but resting this is how it looks.

Joe, how old are these pumps?

I'd have to look but at least 4 years old.
