6205 red light on power supply

My 6205 pump not working and I noticed that the red light on power supply is blinking. I cannot find out what this means.
My other pump is working and red light is not blinking.

This will generally indicate an overload where the power supply is cycling on and off. A drive unit that is stuck to the shaft due to calcium deposits is the main culprit. It should spin freely on the shaft as shown in this video.
