The power supply light should not be blinking. This would indicate that the power supply is overheating because the pump is drawing too much current. I would start by checking the drive unit, it should spin freely on the shaft. It may be snagged on the shaft by some grit or bits of algae. It might also be a bad power supply, if you have another pump even a 6105 or 6055, you could use the smaller power supply for a brief test run. The smaller power supply can't run the pump long term but we could rule out if the problem is with the motor or power supply with a short run if the pump powers up and runs with the other power supply.
