6205 working only occasionally

Hello,
I have a 6205 that is about 3 years old and has worked flawlessly until recently. the problem i'm having is that it only started working occasionally, then just quit all together. I have it connected to a 7095 multicontroller as well. I can tell the power is on to the transformer by the green light but from there i can't troubleshoot any issues. I've tried pulling the power input plug in and out of the little box that the controller cable comes out of but to no avail. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I'm experiencing the same issue with my 6205's as mentioned above.
Both have been is use for about a year and a half.
I also would like to send them in for repair.
