6212 wavebox not working

I have a pair of 6212 waveboxes. One has stopped working. It is a 6261 pump with a 6091 controller and a 9935 power supply with 24v jumper. The pump will run only if disconnected from the controller. I do run it with the potentiometer on high. When disconnected from the controller it works well, will run low or high power indefinitely. As soon as plugged to the controller it stops. I have to unplug the controller then unplug and replug the power to restart the pump. Any ideas or should i just send it in?

I would suspect the pump is failing and their is not much I can do other than offer an upgrade to the 6215 pump at a discount. You are welcome to send it in, but this pump would be at least 6 years old and it will likely need a new pump as they are sealed and cannot be repaired outside of the drive unit and end connections. It is also possible though that it is a controller issue unless you have tried both cables on this pump.

Yes i did swap cables, same results. I will call you about the new pump. Thanks Roger.
