6305 issue

I have a 6305 that stops running, usually at night when the apex turns it down to 30-50% power and I often cannot get it to restart. I took it apart completely and cleaned it twice (note it was not visibly dirty when disassembled), ran for a day and awoke the next morning to a stalled 6305. I just received a new drive assembly from you and installed it, pump will not restart. Is it time to send this unit in for repairs?

Make sure the white or red knob on the junction box is all the way up to full power. If this is turned down and the controller is turned down, the pump doesn't have enough power to run. If you send it in, I will test it at 30% on one of our controllers (7096) if it works then, it will be an issue with the controller, perhaps 30% is really less than 30% which would cause a stall.
